I forgot to say how grateful I am for my safety! Especially after my longboarding accident, and the car wreck I was in when I was 16. I have seen so many runners get injured, it happens all the time! I luckily have never had an injury to keep me from running for more than a day. I know my Father in Heaven is blessing me, and I'm so grateful.

Such glad for the update! It was so fun to read about you and I am so happy you survived all your crazy accidents. Sure do love ya...even if you're a chemical engineering nerd! :)
